Nabat (also called rock sugar) is a type of confectionery mineral composed of relatively large sugar crystals. Saffron rock candy contains bits of saffron in it, and because candy has a warm nature and is high in energy, it increases brain power. Saffron rock candy is said to be effective for muscle pains and works wonders for your headache.
